Booking takes three texts

Tell us what you need
Describe the document, or send a photo of it if that is easier. You will get back whether a Colorado notary can handle it, anything you need to have ready, and the full cost including travel, before you commit to anything. If we cannot help, we will say so on that first text.

Pick a time and place
Home, office, hospital room, care facility, or a table somewhere public. Same-day slots most days, and evenings and weekends cost the same as a weekday morning.

Have your ID ready
Unexpired government photo ID: driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Leave the document unsigned. That is the whole checklist. If you need pages printed, send the file ahead and we will bring them.
Paying
Cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, and checks. You get the total in advance and we do not change it afterward. Printing, if you need it, is $0.50 a page up to 100 pages.
If it cannot wait
The hours listed here are the ones we prefer, not a cutoff we enforce. Hospitals and emergencies do not keep business hours, and neither does a document that has to be signed tonight. If you are outside the window and it cannot wait, ask anyway. We would rather you asked.
