One city, one county, one trip
Broomfield is the only combined city-county government in Colorado, which mostly matters for how local government is organized rather than for anything a notary does. What it does mean, practically, is that the whole area is compact, so a stop here rarely adds much to a day already running between Boulder and Denver. Travel starts at $50, and we always confirm the exact number with you first. No surcharge for evenings, weekends, or an appointment the same day you ask.
Interlocken to the Broadlands
Broomfield is a newer place than Boulder or Longmont: subdivisions built in the last few decades, corporate campuses, and a population that skews toward people who moved here for a job and split their commute between Denver and Boulder. We’ve done signings in Interlocken office lobbies before the workday started, near the 1st Bank Center for event and venue staff paperwork, and at kitchen tables in Anthem and the Broadlands where a young family is setting up guardianship documents or closing out an estate matter for the first time. A lot of Broomfield business happens early morning or right after work, and appointments here tend to follow that rhythm.
Business and relocation paperwork
Because so much of Broomfield’s population is newer to Colorado, or commuting between employers in two cities, a good share of what gets notarized here is business-adjacent: LLC formation documents, employment verification affidavits, vehicle title transfers for someone who just moved, school consent forms for a family relocating mid-year. None of it requires anything different on our end: same $15 per document, same acknowledgment-or-jurat process, just a different reason someone picked up the phone. What this doesn’t include
We do general notary work: signature witnessing, acknowledgments, and jurats, signed in front of us with an unexpired photo ID, never pre-signed.
