Where We Travel
Nine cities across four counties, from Longmont down to Westminster. You get the cost before anyone drives.
The practice is centered on Boulder and covers Boulder County, the City and County of Broomfield, and the northern edges of Jefferson and Adams counties. Notarization is $15 per document everywhere we go. Travel starts at $50, and you get the exact number before you commit. Evenings, weekends and same-day appointments cost no more than a weekday morning.
Scheduling is the part we bend. We work evenings, weekends and same-day where we can, and we would rather hear your real deadline than guess at it. Tell us when the document has to be signed and we will tell you plainly what we can do about it.
We also travel to hospitals and care facilities throughout the area, Foothills in Boulder and Good Samaritan in Lafayette among them, along with assisted living and senior living communities. Mention it up front and we will plan around visiting hours and the signer's condition.

Outside the area?
If you are further out than the nine cities above, ask anyway. Longer trips are often possible, and you will get the exact cost before you commit. A Colorado commission only carries authority inside the state, so we cannot notarize anywhere outside Colorado.
